The London base of Capricorn Capital Partners, Capricorn Capital Consulting Limited, looks after the European fundraising aspects of our fund management and private equity businesses. This office is also responsible for building proprietary dealflow, evaluating transactions and performing due diligence on companies outside South Africa. Additionally, our London presence allows us to provide support, whether commercial or financial, to our portfolio of companies that have an international aspect to their business.

Capricorn is an associate of the Hollard Insurance Group, South Africa’s largest private insurance company, which provides both short-term and life insurance products and has operations in nine countries. Capricorn is also related to Capricorn Ventures International, a significant private equity investor based in the United Kingdom, and the ultimate holding company of the Hollard Insurance Group.
